One of the most popular things to do in Corolla, NC, is beach driving. With Corolla's wide, open beaches, it's a little less scary to drive here for the novice. Still, you need to do some homework before you set out on the sand and only do so if you have a 4WD. Most recommend lowering the psi in your tires and that you follow the ruts that are already there.
